Delivery for all orders below £150 is £4.95 within the UK. All European orders are charged at £9.95 and Rest of World orders are charged at £19.95.

Within the UK orders of £150 and over are delivered free of charge.

UK orders are delivered between 3 and 5 days by Royal Mail and will require a signature. If your order is urgent, please call 020 8892 7003.

Deliveries to Europe are estimated at between 5 and 7 days and are sent by courier. In sale periods this may be longer. If your order is urgent, please call +44 20 8892 7003.

Rest of World deliveries are estimated at between 5 and 14 days and are also sent by courier. In sale periods this may be longer. Again, if your order is urgent, please call +44 20 8892 7003.


Whilst the shop is closed during the pandemic, PLEASE EMAIL This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and we will send you the returns address. Do not post anything back to the shop address.

Dolly Rock will refund or exchange any item bought online, provided the item is returned within 14 days of purchase. Sale items must be returned within 7 days.

The item(s) should ideally be returned in the original packaging and must be accompanied by the Returns Form sent with the item and with tags attached.

Footwear must be returned in the original box. Footwear returned without their original boxes will not be accepted.

We will gladly accept returns of any new, unwashed, unworn and unused product with all the original packaging and garment tags retained and still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it has been used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 days from receipt of your item(s). The original purchaser’s credit card will be re-creditted for the item(s) amount paid less the delivery costs. Please note that delivery costs for all returns are the customer's responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods. We advise returning items by registered post and obtaining a proof of posting receipt from the Post Office, as we regret we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Alternatively you can return your purchases in-store.

Please note that refunds apply only to items bought online. Items bought in store are non-returnable.

Your statutory rights are not affected by any of the above.


Dolly Rock will exchange any item for the same item in a different size, subject to availability. If a different item is preferred, please return the item and place a new order.
